im testing LanSweeper Heldesk function at the moment, im wonderin if there is any feedback function for the user. Or is there any custom made solution ?
sorry, think i dont explain me right. I would like to offer the user a feedback function after the ticket is close; kind like i like the solution or im not happy with this solution,.. somethink like this Hope I can explain now what im looking forÂ
You can enable mail templates to be sent to users. These can be enabled when tickets are updated, status changes, and when an agent replies on a ticket.
The outgoing templates can be configured under Configuration\Email templates.
